UREC and the App State Exercise is Medicine on Campus (EIM-OC) Month WALKtober is a friendly competition against students, faculty & staff that runs from October 1st-31st. Anyone is welcome to participate and can submit steps on behalf of your specific category. You may join anytime throughout the time period.
Steps can be tracked utilizing a fitness watch, app, phone, manually, etc. and will be based on the honor system.
